How to measure wrist circumference:
1. Place a soft ruler around your wrist, neither too tight nor too loose, and wrap it around. The length of the circle is your wrist circumference. No need to leave extra space.
2. If you don't have a soft ruler, you can use a piece of paper/ string/ cotton thread to wrap around your wrist, neither too tight nor too loose. Mark it, and then measure its length with a ruler.
